Internship Program for Ukrainian Citizens

Step 1

Complete the following form and indicate which skills, training and qualifications you already have and which field of work you would be interested in. German language skills (A2) are required for the application.

Step 2

Please send the form and your documents to ukraine@amag.ch.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have received your application.

Step 3

We will review your application together with the documents submitted.

Step 4

If we have a suitable internship for you based on the information you have provided, we will invite you to a telephone call. The aim of this call is just to say hi and get to know each other a bit. The call should offer you and us both the opportunity to answer any initial questions about the internship and what you would like to get out of it. You will get to know your potential supervisor and also find out about AMAG as an employer and the internship, including what it will involve.

Step 5

If both parties agree, we can also arrange a face-to-face meeting to get to know each other better.

Step 6

If both parties are satisfied, we will send you an offer of contract in writing and additional employment paperwork. We look forward to welcoming you soon as a new AMAG team member.

How do I apply for an internship?
Send the form together with your CV and other application documents (if available) to ukraine@amag.ch. We will get back to you soon after with a response.

Who should I contact if I have any questions about my application?
Any questions should be sent by email to ukraine@amag.ch.

I haven’t received a confirmation email – what should I do?
First, check your spam folder. If you cannot find anything there, please contact ukraine@amag.ch again.

When can I expect a response?
You will receive a confirmation email, and we will then send a response within two weeks. 

How can I apply for a vacancy that has already been advertised?
Visit our job page and apply directly via the ‘Apply now’ button at the bottom of the job advertisements.
